  26. If you had read my original post, I stated quite clearly that I had dealt
  27. with them _both_ as a private customer and as a business.  Granted, we are
  28. only hearing one side of the story and a lot of conjecture about it, but it
  29. seems to me that both parties could have handled the situation better.  It
  30. is impossible to say why or how it happened without being there, I just
  31. don't believe that they normally handle customers that way.
